hello@pv2home.com is the fastest way to reach us, and it goes to a person rather than a ticket queue. We aim to reply within one business day.
There's no phone line. We're a small operation, and we'd rather answer your email properly than half-answer it while doing something else.
About an order
Include your order number and the email address you ordered with, and we can pull it up straight away. If something arrived damaged, a photo helps and saves us both a round trip.
Orders ship from a fulfillment center in the United States. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is picked up.
About the product
Ingredient questions are welcome, and every ingredient is already published on our ingredients page and printed on the box itself.
One thing we will not do is tell you PV2 is gentle on sensitive skin. The formula contains SLS, the box carries a skin-irritation warning, and we hold no product certifications. If you have a skin condition, read the full ingredient list and check with your doctor before using it. We would rather lose the sale.
